A memorial to Emma Lindley

From Chris Claydon, Sailing and Suna

I was lucky enough to fall in love with Emma and we shared a brief but wonderful few weeks of our lives.
It seemed like fate had brought us together and I thought it could last forever. She touched my life so fleetingly, so many years ago, but it still seems like yesterday and this has hit me hard.
Love is forever, it never dies and our memories of Emma will always be with us.

Emma burned so very, very bright. She lived so much more in her short time than most can ever dream of.

Here’s a photo from happier times, it may mean something to Peter Bruce – Emma came sailing with me and we discovered that Peter had sailed my yacht in Malta some fifty years earlier!
